Star Rating system for Paperback Adventures

I am so excited to be reading and writing reviews again! It's something I’ve truly missed, and I'm thrilled to share this journey with you. As I prepare to open my shop, I know my reading time might be limited, but I hope to still review a few books each month. 

My goal with this blog is to spotlight books that I've enjoyed and to introduce you to authors who may not have had a lot of exposure. There's a wealth of talent out there, and I can’t wait to share some hidden gems with you.

How I Rate My Books

I rate books out of 5 stars, and you’ll find only the ones I’ve rated 3 stars and above here. I want this space to be a positive place where you can discover great reads. Here’s a quick breakdown of my rating system:

5 STARS 

Fantastic! A book that I loved and would highly recommend.

4 STARS

Great! A really enjoyable read with minor flaws.

3 STARS

Good. It was an enjoyable read, though it might have had some issues.

 **Half Stars** - Sometimes, I’m torn between two ratings, so I’ll use half stars to reflect that.
